There were also numerous issues throughout the home that made the stay frustrating and unpleasant: wet towels and sheets left sitting in the dryer, a freezer that didn’t work, broken furniture shoved into the garage, and window coverings that were damaged or missing—leaving some windows without proper coverage. On top of that, there were loose or missing handles and a game room with equipment assembled incorrectly, making it unusable.
